Practice Notes
Reflections from the path—what I’m learning, unlearning, and witnessing in my work with women, money, and sacred practice.
It’s not “just” pain.
A love letter for every woman who has learned to make herself smaller, who has dismissed her own experience, who deserves to be met with the same compassion she offers the world.
You Don’t Have to Choose Between Money & Meaning
Many spiritual women in business carry a quiet, painful belief: that if they truly want to live with integrity, they have to choose — meaningful work or financial well-being. Not both.
But what if that belief isn't spiritual truth... but inherited conditioning?
In this post, I unpack where that conflict comes from, how it shows up in your pricing, growth, and visibility, and why reclaiming your right to thrive isn’t selfish — it’s sacred. If you’ve ever wrestled with the tension between purpose and prosperity, this is for you.
Stop Discounting Your Healing Work (Do this Instead)
For so many practitioners—yoga therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, and creatives—pricing gets tangled up with scarcity, self-doubt, and a deep desire to serve. But offering “buy 4, get 1 free” sessions or full-length freebies may be costing you more than you realize.
In this post, I’m sharing why these discount-driven tactics don’t reflect the sacredness of your work—and what to do instead. You’ll learn three grounded strategies for pricing in a way that honors your energy, your values, and the depth of transformation you offer.
✨ Especially helpful if you're ready to shift your relationship with money and pricing, but don’t want to sacrifice accessibility or care.
Build Your Foundation
Creating strong foundations is fundamental to success - practice is the very ground you walk on toward your dreams of the life you wish to inhabit.
Being the Change
It's been a week, and there will be more like it to be sure. What does it mean to be the change when you are heartbroken by events that are out of your control?
Before You Try Another Money Strategy, Read This
There’s a quiet myth so many brilliant, heart-led women carry without realizing it. It sounds like:
“Once I get through this season, I’ll finally feel ready.”
“Once I fix my money situation, I’ll feel secure.”
“Once I do a little more, earn a little more, heal a little more… then I can rest. Then I can begin.”
At first glance, it sounds responsible. Maybe even wise.
But underneath that story is something deeper — something I call the scarcity wound.
This wound doesn’t just live in your thoughts. It lives in your body, in your breath, in the nervous system that’s learned to brace for not-enough. And as long as that wound runs the show, no amount of money strategies or mindset tricks will bring lasting relief.
In this post, I’m not giving you another thing to fix or strive for. I’m offering a different way in. A way that starts with truth, tenderness, and the possibility of no longer chasing what you were never meant to earn in the first place.
You Can Do Hard Things
No matter what challenges you face, no matter what changes you wish to see in your life or in the world, first and foremost know, you - we - can do hard things.
Money as a Yoga Practice?
Money requires you to be embodied, present, and aware. I’m advocating a therapeutic yoga practice.. for your money.
