“I’ve Done Money Work - I Should Be Done With This.”
Have you ever had this thought?
“I should be done with money work. Why am I having the same issues again?” If you’re circling back to money work — not for the first time, but with a familiar heaviness in your chest — I know. I hear this all the time.
I get it - you’ve likely done quite a bit of money work already. You have likely read all the books, taken the right courses, done the work, or even had a coach. Maybe you’ve journaled, tracked, affirmed, and gritted your teeth setting up a budget app. Maybe it even worked for a while - you saw things shift. You felt more at ease and more confident.
And now here you are — months, maybe years later — brushing up against old patterns you thought you’d already moved past. Avoiding your numbers, the budget app unused. Hesitating to raise your rates. Feeling anxious or disconnected or just plain tired.
And on some level, you’re not just frustrated by the money stuff. You’re disappointed in yourself.
You are thinking things like:
“I’ve already worked on this. I should be past it.”
“Why is this still here?”
“Didn’t I already deal with this years ago?”
That’s what I want to address in this post — gently, slowly, and without rushing to a solution. Because the moment you’re in right now might actually be one of the most important points on your money journey.
Not because you’re finally going to “get it right”, but because you’re willing to come back, to take another look, to meet yourself where you are — again.
You Didn’t Do It Wrong.
There is a deeply embedded idea in our culture — and especially in the personal development world — that healing is linear. That you move through something, learn the lesson, experience significant change, and then you live happily ever after.
But if you’ve lived in a body for any amount of time, you know it doesn’t really work like that.
Growth comes in spirals. You loop. You revisit. You deepen. And each time, you have a little more capacity, a little more perspective, a little more truth to bring to the table.
You are not back at the beginning. You are not repeating something you should have “fixed” already.
You are evolving.
And money — just like tending to a sensitive nervous system — is a practice that shifts over time. A practice that asks for your attention in different ways at different stages. One that meets you exactly where you are — if you let it.
So if old patterns are resurfacing, it’s not a sign that you’ve failed. It’s a sign that you’re still here, you are still paying attention, and most important, you are still committed to a relationship with money that is rooted in care, consciousness, and self-responsibility.
That’s not failure, it’s devotion.
Money is a Practice That Deepens.
If the tools you tried before didn’t reach the parts of you that actually hold the pattern, then of course you’re seeing it again.
You can know all the “right” things — how to budget, how to track, how to price. You can do mindset work until you’re exhausted. But if your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, none of it will land. If you have trauma in your money history, it must be metabolized.
This is where I see so many thoughtful, intelligent, capable women fall into shame. Because they’re doing everything they’ve been taught to do, and it still feels hard and scary. It feels like something inside them is bracing for impact every time they look at their numbers or try to make a new financial decision.
They think that means something is wrong with them, but it doesn’t
It means the work wasn’t addressing the real part of you that needed support. Not your mindset. Your capacity.
Inside Get Right With Money, we bring nervous system work to the center of the conversation. Not as an add-on or a trendy bonus — but because it’s the foundation for sustainable change. We help your system stop bracing, so you can actually use the tools you already know — and take in the new ones you learn — from a place of calm clarity.
You Aren’t Starting Over.
You’re not back at square one, I promise.
You’re here - with everything you’ve already learned, already changed, already lived through. And now, you’re ready to work with money, again — in a deeper way that includes your body, your energy, your nervous system, and your lived experience.
We don’t throw away the work you’ve done. We honor it and built on it, while inviting you to go deeper — gently, steadily — into the parts of you that may still be operating from outdated narratives.
Because those parts aren’t doing anything wrong, and they aren’t sabotaging you - they just don’t know yet that it’s safe to do things differently. And when those parts get current, things begins to shift — not because you’re forcing it, but because your whole self is on board for this next evolution of you + money.
Here’s What We Actually Do in the Program.
Get Right with Money isn’t about managing your money with “good vibes”, or just putting your head down and applying skills. Join me to integrate, to be held in a supportive container, and to honor both the emotional and the logistical aspects of your relationship with money.
Here’s what’s inside:
- Nervous System Regulation
You’ll learn how to work with your body, not against it. Instead of overriding fear, we build capacity — so you can meet and make money decisions that are aligned for you with clarity and groundedness.
- Energy + Belief Work
We’ll explore old narratives, sticky patterns, and inherited beliefs — and create space for something more honest, more aligned, and more easeful to emerge.
- Practical Financial Tools
We’ll meet you where you are to support simple, sustainable systems for tracking income and expenses, pricing your work, paying off debt, and having tough money conversations. You’ll leave with tools and money practices that make sense for you — not someone else.
Notice How Far You’ve Already Come.
Before you decide whether this is for you, I want to invite you to pause and look back — not with judgment, but with softness - where have you grown, what changes have you already made, in how you approach your money?
You may still feel like there’s more to do — and that’s okay, me too! That’s human. But let’s not overlook the ground you’ve already covered. Acknowledge the ways you’ve grown!
But now, if it’s time to deepen that work — to create more steadiness, more safety, more support — I would love to walk with you through it.
You’re Supposed to Keep Going.
If you’re here wondering whether it’s okay to need “more money healing work.” or, you’re sitting in the tension of “I’ve come so far” but “I still feel stuck”, I want to remind you: this isn’t a sign of failure.
It’s a sign of being alive! And as long as you are here, I wish growth and evolution in all the ways that matter for you to have the life you truly, deeply want.
