Individual Coaching
Private coaching is the most intimate level of working together — a sustained, relational container for women ready to work precisely with their own patterns and pressures. Drawing on yoga therapy, psychology, and energy medicine, we tend the nervous system alongside real-life decisions, and the body's knowing alongside the places where that knowing has gone quiet. The terrain varies — money, work, relationships, transitions — but what we're always tending is your capacity to stay present with yourself and act from there. This work is offered to a small number of women at a time.
Soul Nourished Circle: Bone Deep
A nine-month circle for women who want to stay rooted in demanding times without hardening, fragmenting, or losing themselves in the process. We meet twice each month — once for embodied practice and rest, once for reflection and discernment — and the rhythm itself becomes part of the medicine. This isn't a container built around intensity or breakthrough. It's built around steadiness, which is rarer and, in the long run, more sustaining. Women return to Soul Nourished not because they need new information, but because something in the field reorganizes them.
Get Right with Money
Your relationship with money is rarely just about money — and most women who find their way to this work already know that. What they're looking for is a container where the energetic, emotional, and practical dimensions of money can all be tended at once: where the nervous system gets to land, old patterns get to unravel, and the skill-building that follows actually sticks because the ground beneath it has shifted. Get Right with Money is a nine-week group container that moves through all of it, with Yoga Nidra, live teaching, energy medicine, and real community woven throughout.
Medicine Vision
A Medicine Vision is a channeled transmission created specifically for you — drawing on your Akashic Record Keepers, crystalline energy medicine, and visioning to support you at the moments in life that call for more than strategy. It arrives as a beautifully crafted PDF: detailed visions, energy medicine anchored to your intentions, guidance from your Record Keepers, and a sacred practice to support embodiment and integration. Women return to their Medicine Visions for months, finding new layers as they live into what came through. This is threshold work, offered seasonally.
