Being a well-resourced woman changes everything

Integrative support to come home to the truth of who you are, and who you are becoming.

You have tried all the things: coaching, therapy, training, and self-help books. But something is still missing.

Maybe you're carrying chronic pain that won't release, or your inner critic runs the show, whispering that you're not enough. You might be pushing and striving to achieve more and do more while your body begs for rest. Maybe you know that residual trauma and years of trying to fit into impossible standards have left you exhausted, and you are ready for some peace.

You're a powerful woman who gives so much to others, but when it comes to caring for yourself, you struggle. You push through pain, ignore your body's signals, and wonder why traditional approaches haven't touched what really needs healing.

It's time to come home to your body, sister.

Hi, I’m Nona Jordan

I’m a master coach with a master’s degree in psychology, a yoga therapist, an energy healing practitioner—and once upon a time, a CPA. What I’ve learned across all these chapters is this: real, lasting change happens when we partner with the body, not just the mind.

Sustainable transformation requires tending your nervous system, honoring pain as information, and remembering that your body is the gateway to your intuition, clarity, and joyful right action.

I weave together practical tools and ancient wisdom to support you in becoming the well-resourced woman you’re here to be.

What Does It Mean to Be Well-Resourced?

A well-resourced woman trusts her body’s wisdom.
She knows when to rest and when to act.
She responds to life from grounded strength, not reactivity.

She has made peace with her inner critic and cultivated a fierce, embodied self-love.
She knows what she needs, and she feels supported.
She is deeply connected—to herself, to others, and to the mystery.

She protects her peace because she knows how valuable it is.
So when you find yourself in physical or emotional pain, please know: your body isn’t failing you. It’s communicating with you.
Those patterns of pushing through pain, ignoring your needs, and listening to that relentless inner critic?
They served you once. But now, those old ways are asking to be healed.

There is another way.
What if you could work with the wisdom of your body instead of pushing through and fighting yourself?

What if your pain became a teacher rather than an enemy?
